On the afternoon of Sunday, December 4th a merciful event will take place right in the convenience of our own homes. A Knights of Columbus – produced documentary,
The Face of Mercy, will be televised in metro Detroit area households. It has been chosen for distribution on ABC TV affiliated stations (WXYZ – channel 7 in Detroit) through a partnership with the Interfaith Broadcasting Commission (IBC). The documentary will air on Sunday afternoon, Dec. 4th at 2pm. The narrator of the show will be Jim Caviezel, the actor who played Jesus in The Passion of The Christ. You might recognize Caviezel (from the above photo) who has recently played one of the main roles in the show, Person of Interest.
Testimonies from the film, The Face of Mercy, will be given by Immaculee Ilibagiza, Det. Stephen A. McDonald, Eric Mahl, Fr. Don Calloway, Jennifer Trapuzzano, and Frater Matthew Desme. This is very timely considering that the “Year of Mercy” will conclude on Nov. 20th. The film is to be televised in different cities throughout the U.S. from October 16th – Dec. 16th. Check out the website, https://faceofmercyfilm.com/broadcasts/ for the posted air time and TV channel in your city. For further, general information just go to https://faceofmercyfilm.com. This will be a blessing to watch. Enjoy!
In The Merciful Jesus,
